The turn family opens up here. Every turn below Skills 4 is a 3-turn, a mohawk or a forward inside twizzle, and this test adds the rocker and the choctaw: the first turn that holds its edge through the rotation, and the first change of foot that changes the curve as well.

It is also the level where turns stop arriving one at a time. Double 3-turns, a choctaw with a mohawk immediately after it, a twizzle rolled straight into a cross roll: the exercises are built so that nothing gets a clean landing to settle on.

The two exercises added on 01/10/2026 are both about running things together. One alternates mohawks with 3-turns, the other puts a forward double 3-turn into a cross roll. Neither brings a new kind of turn: the forward double 3-turn is the one from exercise 2, which starts it backwards.
