October 2026 adds this one, and it is an assembly of earlier parts: a mohawk to get backwards, a 3-turn to get forwards again, repeated across four lobes at a minimum. Nothing in it appears for the first time here.

What it does add is the pairing of two changes of direction in immediate succession. The mohawk changes foot and stays on the curve; the 3-turn that follows changes edge and turns the skater back to forwards, and it has to be entered from whatever the mohawk produced, with no prepared edge to start from. Skaters who have only ever entered a 3-turn from a push find this out here.

Which backward 3-turn does the work changes between the sides, inside on the first and outside on the second, and the outside side also drops the crossovers between the lobes. That is the part to notice: with nothing left to build speed on, the exercise has to carry its own, which is what the outcome means by flow.
