Backwards on the inside edge, rotating away from the circle, out forwards on the outside edge. On paper it is the mirror of the back outside bracket. On ice it is usually the harder of the two, because the entry is the weakest edge most skaters own and the free leg has nowhere comfortable to sit.
The exit repays the trouble. A checked forward outside edge coming out of a bracket is about the cleanest entry into a new lobe there is.
Derived
RBI is three letters (foot, direction, edge): right foot, backwards, inside edge. Every edge in the guide is written that way, so RBI is a right foot travelling backwards on an inside edge.
RBI bracket to RFO: the edge changes, the skater rotates against it, and the lobe continues.
A skater who rotates the other way does the same thing from LBI. Same element, mirrored.
