The same entry as a forward outside three, the same exit edge, and the opposite rotation. You turn away from the centre of the circle, so the body works against the curve for the whole turn and then has to be checked the instant it is done.
Because the lobe continues, the tracing looks like a three turn with the cusp pointing the wrong way: outwards, away from the circle, the shape the turn is named for. That single difference is felt as a much larger one. Nothing about a bracket is helped by the edge you are on.
Derived
RFO is three letters (foot, direction, edge): right foot, forwards, outside edge. Every edge in the guide is written that way, so RBI is a right foot travelling backwards on an inside edge.
RFO bracket to RBI: the edge changes, the skater rotates against it, and the lobe continues.
A skater who rotates the other way does the same thing from LFO. Same element, mirrored.
