LBO → LFI → LFO → LFO. A skater who rotates the other way traces RBO: the same element, generated from this one.

A three turn, a change of edge and a double twizzle run together from a backward entry. It is the technical middle of Skills 8 and the hardest continuous passage in the British syllabus.

There is no moment in it where the foot can be reset, which is unusual: most clusters at least change foot somewhere. So the knee does all the work: it absorbs the turn, carries the roll and then holds still for the rotation, and a knee that is still rising when the twizzle starts sends the whole thing off the edge.

BIS write a push, or touch down, before the twizzle. The guide has no element for it.

Derived

LBO is three letters (foot, direction, edge): left foot, backwards, outside edge. Every edge in the guide is written that way, so RBI is a right foot travelling backwards on an inside edge.

LBO, three turn to LFI, then change of edge to LFO, then double twizzle to LFO. 3 turns on one foot, and the skater finishes on LFO.

Nothing above is stored on this page. The cluster records its entry edge and the order of its turns; every edge in between is chained out of the same rule that draws a single turn.

A skater who rotates the other way does the same thing from RBO. Same element, mirrored.
