Forwards on the inside edge, rotating into the circle, out backwards on the outside edge of the same foot. It is usually the second three turn a skater learns and it is the one that flatters them: the rotation goes the way the edge is already turning and the exit arrives on a strong backward edge.
Treat that as a warning. Because it arrives without much asking, it is often done with the shoulders leading and the edge only nominally present. The honest test is whether you can hold the exit for as long as you held the entry.
Derived
LFI is three letters (foot, direction, edge): left foot, forwards, inside edge. Every edge in the guide is written that way, so RBI is a right foot travelling backwards on an inside edge.
LFI three turn to LBO: the edge changes, the skater rotates into the circle, and the lobe continues.
A skater who rotates the other way does the same thing from RFI. Same element, mirrored.

- Left forward inside edgeLFI: the left foot travelling forwards on an inside edge, tracing a clockwise lobe.
- Two-foot turnBoth turn from forwards to backwards, and the three turn does it on one foot. Ice Skating Australia teaches the two-foot turn first.
