RBI → RFI → RBO. A skater who rotates the other way traces LBI: the same element, generated from this one.

A counter from a backward edge, straight into a three turn. Two half turns in quick succession, the first against the curve and the second with it.

The rotation reverses between them, which means the check after the counter is doing two jobs at once: stopping the counter and preparing the opposite rotation. There is no pause in which to do them separately.

Derived

RBI is three letters (foot, direction, edge): right foot, backwards, inside edge. Every edge in the guide is written that way, so RBI is a right foot travelling backwards on an inside edge.

RBI, counter to RFI, then three turn to RBO. 2 turns on one foot, and the skater finishes on RBO.

Nothing above is stored on this page. The cluster records its entry edge and the order of its turns; every edge in between is chained out of the same rule that draws a single turn.

A skater who rotates the other way does the same thing from LBI. Same element, mirrored.
