RBO · left toe pick · half turn toward it · right toe lands · push off onto LFO. Negative twist means the shoulders are held back against the hips, which stores rotation before a takeoff and checks it on a landing.

Facing backwards, you take off from a back edge with the other foot’s toe pick, turn half way in the air toward the picking toe, land on the opposite toe and push off at once onto the other foot. Ice Skating Australia teaches it at Intermediate 2, from each foot, and leaves the edge to the skater. Its manual also calls it the toe to toe jump.

Australia’s text makes it a jump: the backward take-off and the half rotation put it beside the half flip. Two details differ from the half flip in the same manual: the turn goes toward the picking toe where the half flip turns away from it, and the landing pushes straight off onto the other foot where the half flip holds an edge.
