Lutz + Euler + flip
Lutz (LBO, off the pick) through an Euler into a flip (LBI, off the pick), 3 rotations in all.
Also called 1Lz+1Eu+1F. Other names.

The Lutz is entered on a long back outside edge curving against its rotation, and lands on a back outside edge curving the normal way. The second jump takes off from that landing.
The Lutz lands RBO and the Euler takes off from it, turns once and lands LBI on the other foot, where the flip takes off. Nothing comes between them, and the Euler counts only here, between two jumps, as a single.
The flip here has no turn in front of it. The Euler lands on its takeoff edge, and the free foot’s toe goes in behind straight away.
Derived
The Lutz takes off LBO off the pick and lands RBO; the Euler takes off from that same edge with no pick and lands LBI; the flip takes off from that same edge off the pick and lands RBO. 3 rotations in all, written 1Lz+1Eu+1F on a protocol sheet.
Made of the Lutz, the Euler and the flip. Nothing here is stored on the page beyond the three jumps and the count.
A skater who rotates clockwise takes off RBO and lands on LBO: the same combination, mirrored.
Build on
- LutzThe only jump that takes off from a back outside edge curving against its own rotation, and the one most often done wrong.
- EulerRBO takeoff, off the edge, 1 rotation to LBI, on the other foot.
- FlipA toe jump from a back inside edge: the Lutz's near neighbour, and its usual impostor.
