Double Lutz + double loop
Double Lutz (LBO, off the pick) straight into a double loop (RBO, off the edge), 4 rotations in all.
Also called 2Lz+2Lo. Other names.

The Lutz is entered on a long back outside edge curving against its rotation, and lands on a back outside edge curving the normal way. The second jump takes off from that landing.
The Double Lutz lands RBO and the double loop takes off from RBO: one edge, held, with no step or turn on it. In a jump sequence the skater may hop or step between the jumps; in a combination there is nothing between them.
The loop is the harder second jump. With no pick, the skater holds the landing edge, brings the free leg through to cross in front and springs off the same edge. Its base value is higher than a toe loop’s.
At double the margin is small: the first jump has to leave enough speed for the second to find two full turns, and a second jump that comes up short is marked as under-rotated.
Derived
The double Lutz takes off LBO off the pick and lands RBO; the double loop takes off from that same edge with no pick and lands RBO. 4 rotations in all, written 2Lz+2Lo on a protocol sheet.
Made of the double Lutz and the double loop. Nothing here is stored on the page beyond the two jumps and the count.
A skater who rotates clockwise takes off RBO and lands on LBO: the same combination, mirrored.
