LBO → RFI → RBO → RFO. A skater who rotates the other way traces RBO: the same element, generated from this one.

A choctaw from a backward edge, then a three turn, then a rocker. Three turns, two feet, and the lobe reversing twice.

Take it in halves. The choctaw and the three turn belong together: the step has to land on an edge good enough to turn on immediately. The rocker is a separate problem and can be practised on its own from the edge the three turn leaves.

LBO is three letters (foot, direction, edge): left foot, backwards, outside edge. Every edge in the guide is written that way, so RBI is a right foot travelling backwards on an inside edge.

LBO, choctaw to RFI, then three turn to RBO, then rocker to RFO. 3 turns on two feet, and the skater finishes on RFO.
